Cancellations, Returns & Refunds


If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched please contact us, we will do our best to cancel it as long as it has not already been dispatched. If we manage to cancel before dispatch we will issue a refund of the price you paid.

Change of Mind

If it is not possible to cancel the order before dispatch, you still have the right to return the goods within 28 days of purchase. If you wish to do so then products must be un-opened and unused and we request that they are returned in their original packaging. All returns must be authorised before items are sent back.

Once items have been returned back to us, we will inspect and if we are satisfied that they have not been used and is in good condition, we will issue the refund of the original product price you paid (delivery cost will not be refunded). Customer is also responsible for paying return postage cost.

Any items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging may only receive a part refund at our discretion.

Incorrect, damaged or faulty items

In an unlikely event of receiving an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order to receive free return label. Photo evidence will be required.

One we have received the returned item back and after inspection if your claim is approved we will issue the refund of price you paid including shipping.

Refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of placing the order.


Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you an alternative. We may experience problems with the supply of certain products and may supply a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement or substitute product, you can return it in accordance with our return policy.

Failed delivery

In the case of failed delivery due to no one being present to receive the order, Royal Mail or other couriers may leave a card for you to collect your parcel from the local depot. It is your responsibility to contact the relevant courier service or Royal mail to either arrange redelivery or collect from local depot within specified time. If the parcel hasn’t been claimed within the specified time, it will be returned back to us so if you would like it to be redelivered there will be an extra Postage charge applied. If you wanted a refund instead of  resending we will not refund the shipping charges you paid with your order.
